Visit Local Spas in Orlando to Save More Money!

Visit Local Venues and Save a Bundle When Traveling!

Hello again, I had an interesting conversation with a massage therapist today.
I was talking to her about my blog, and how much money I discovered people can save when they travel to Orlando.
I was explaining to her the whole concept of a vacation package, and how Resorts need you to tour their properties in hope you buy one of their Time Shares.
She laughed and told me that, half of her clients now a days are people who are staying in Resorts.

She wasn't talking about locals!

She was referring to tourists people whom wanted to relax and save money. She said some of the locals are giving them advice to go to a local spa where they can actually get great services and relax instead of paying the high and marked up prices, Resorts have for those kind of in house services.

Spa services, Studio One Wellness, Orlando, Florida
She explained to me that people from California like the Lipomassage or Endermologie services that she offers at Studio One Wellness located in Orlando, Florida. Hotels and Resorts offer this services for over $110 per session. However, she can offer the same service for only $80. People get over a half an hour of this kind of toning deep tissue massage that is so popular with celebrities such as J-Lo, and many others.
She told me today she was amazed at how people like to save and she wished the word was out.  This kind of services are usually offered to tourist only at Resorts and Hotels, and most people used them, because people want to relax, but trust me there are great venues out there to be used and abuse by everyone.
Take my advice... Find yourself a good spa. Look it up in Google, and go for it. Call ahead, find out if it is family owned and operated, and you might find great savings. Don't settle for high prices and unfamiliar treatment.
Save lots of money when you purchase a vacation package to Orlando, Florida; get extra savings by contracting a driver instead of a rental car, do a Time Share tour to save on your accommodations, and also on the theme park tickets... And visit local spas and restaurants to get the best for your buck.
Good Night!

5 Steps to Save Big on Your Next Disney Vacation to Orlando.!

5 Steps on How to Save a Bunch of Money on Your Next Florida Vacation!!!

Hello,

The other day I was talking about how to save over $1500 in your next vacation to Orlando, Florida.

Today, I will talk about how to save when you travel to Orlando, Florida. When people travel and stay within a resort, many of them forget to ask the locals for ideas on where to shop, or how to get to places, so they don't get lost. The point is, many tourist don't realize tourist areas are usually more expensive than regular local areas.

Examples on how to save:

1. First of all, don't shop where tourist shop. If you plan on buying some groceries to keep in your suite for breakfast or snacks... you need to ask for local supermarkets. Don't buy at the resort convenience store, or wait for someone to take you to the closest tourist supermarket, where regular items are marked up. Do some research, find the closest local supermarket (e.g. Walmart, Super Target, Publix, Winn Dixie, etc...) Try not to shop at gas stations or small stores. You can end up saving big bucks on regular items such as Milk, Soda, Bottle Water, bread, etc...

2. In order to accomplish step one, make sure you look up local zip codes, and search the closest stores based on the zip code you are near at.

3. For step number one, also,  I want you to make sure you get to know the area, at least by having a map or acquiring some knowledge prior to your trip. You don't want cab drivers to take you to the closest tourist meeting (assuming you don't rent a car). I would advice you not to rent a car, if you are planning on saving money.  If you need the freedom to move around, and want to be able to decide where to go and when, go ahead and rent a car, but remember that this choice not only entitles you to pay a fee per day, but also, taxes, gas, tourists fees, gas, gas, gas, and then tolls. YES, tolls! and lots of them. You can be prepare to pay up to $5.00 or more per trip only in tolls. Also, you should be prepare to pay for parking at the attractions. This will not be less than $14.00 per day. While, on the other hand, when you contract the services of a car driver, you only pay for the trip. Many small companies will provide you with discounts when you book ahead, and with an itinerary prior of arriving to your vacation. The cool thing about this service is that you have the service of a cab, for less money, and the freedom to go whenever and wherever you please! If you are traveling to Orlando, Florida let me know and I can hook you up with one of this companies. Email me.

4. Another piece of advice; I will let you know something that most people don't know about shopping at a Mall, or at an outlet. Go to the information center, and ask for a coupon book. It might cost you $5.00 but the amount of money you can save is unrealistic. Most retailers will include offers for up to 15-20% of your entire purchase. Also, you can get free merchandise and Bogo's offers and sales. If you are planning on hitting the shopping venues, try to go to the outlets. They offer discounted prices on most of the same merchandise you could find on the Malls. If you must go to the Mall, sign up for a shopping app if you own a smart phone, so you can get special offers and coupons to save even more.

5. Utilize the shuttles to and from the Resorts. Most attractions offer transportation to the parks, and or they make sure you can have transportation to the airport too. Like I mentioned before... Arrange for the resort to pay for your transportation. That is one of the perks of being a VIP. Resorts will do and be as generous with you if they think you will buy a vacation property with them. When you book your trip make sure you get a straight answer on whether or not they are offering you transportation to and from the airport. Most sales people will mention this, but will omit that some Resorts will only offer pick up, and therefore leaving you stranded after you have been at the sales presentation. Finally don't forget that Bus transportation is also and option, and its cheap! Leaving you with more dollars in your wallet to take advantage of the many attractions, restaurants, and shopping venues you and your family will enjoy.

OK, Folks there it is...You now have 5 steps or pieces of advice, on how to save some money when you travel to Orlando, Florida.
Let me know if you want more advice or if you need information on how to contact any of the aforementioned companies.  Email Me
